Privately Funded
We specialize in private care. After conducting an assessment and liaising with you, we create a suitable care package tailored to your needs, routine, and preferences. Personal Budget
Also known as Direct Debit, this option involves your local authority providing funding directly to you based on your assessed level of need. You can then choose your own care provider, such as Evans Home Care. This method allows you to “top up” the number of care hours you receive from us. We strive to be as flexible as possible, enabling you to add extra visits as needed and tailoring our care plans to meet your requirements.
Local Authority
If you prefer, the local authority can fund your care. Once we have had an initial consultation with a potential client, we can work with the local provider identified for your area. Joining the Evans Home Care family is an option within this arrangement.
Referral
If you have a referral from the Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG), we are here to help. Whether you have a long-term medical need or a common illness such as Arthritis or Multiple Sclerosis, we will tailor our care plans to suit you.
